For over 100 years, Wilhelm Herm. Müller has been at home in the field of rubber technology. This means we offer our customers a high level of knowledge and experience when it comes to material behaviour and shaping processes for elastomer materials. It goes without saying that every application presents particular challenges in terms of both the material and the profile geometry. For this reason, we specialise in the design and delivery of drawing-based articles. This means we can respond with even more flexibility to your quality requirements.
We develop innovative solution concepts in close dialogue with you and balance the aspects of function, quality and economy.
Use our design service to avoid unnecessary expenses for tool and die changes. Before serial delivery of e.g. rubber profiles begins, we produce samples using water jet technology or 3D printing in an elastomer-like quality. It is then possible to determine precisely the right dimensions for the profile cross-section after an installation trial. This results in economic, competitive solutions made of long-lasting products of maximum quality.
RUBBER MOULDINGS
Individuality is our standard: We develop custom products based on drawings according to your requirements. Thanks to extensive know-how and the application expertise we have developed through the years, we can therefore create tailor-made solutions for practically any application.
RUBBER PROFILES
We supply sealing or fastening profiles in many designs, from standard profiles to customised products. In addition to classic natural rubber types, we also process viton profiles and silicone profiles in high temperature ranges.
WATER JET AND DIE CUTTING TECHNOLOGY
Long-lived and efficient: Water jet technology can be used to produce seals made of foamed materials or compact elastomers based on drawings. We offer this technology as a 2D or 3D process. In addition to water jet technology, we also use cutting plotters and conventional die cutting technology.
TUBE TECHNOLOGY
We supply rubber and plastic tubes for all industries. In addition, we offer an extensive product range including everything from accessories to customised products such as tubing pieces, elbows, expansion joints and conveyor tubes.
VIBRATION TECHNOLOGY
We offer consulting, calculation, construction and moulding, all from one source: Benefit from our extensive range of services and products made of rubber-metal elements, machine feet, hollow rubber springs, stop buffers and elastomer springs as well as rubber-metal compounds of the traditional brands Schwingmetall® and MEGI®.
ASSEMBLY GROUP INSTALLATION / DESIGN SERVICE
Decrease the production depth in your own company. We can actively support this process through coordinated services. Our range of services includes assembly group installation, creation of drawing components made of plastic, rubber or metal, provision of standard elements, installation of your components produced in in-house production.
